hiatus

So, it's been a while since I last posted. Good and bad news. I haven't really been following my diet, but I've made more healthy choices and have completely cut out soda from my diet. I read about how even diet is bad for you and a bunch of stuff. Refined sugars and sweeteners and yada yada yada.


 

So, my current weight is 223.7 (4 days ago). That's pretty much ten pounds from when I'm started, so I'm pretty happy. I'm going to recommit tomorrow and we'll see how that goes.

Lately it's been much easier to resist temptations at work simply since I am there all the time. The scent is just so nauseating and it's hard to even crave something while working. I think everyone should have the opportunity to work in a fast food restaurant for a few years, it could really change your outlook on fast foods.

So, summer is approaching, and that means graduation + prep. for college. *nervous*

I really would like to lose more weight before college, and hopefully keep it off and not gain the cliché 'freshmen fifteen.'


 

So, I'll make another post tomorrow morning (or noon, I'm a heavy sleeper) about my current weight, and I'll start posting my points. Great? Grand.
