Recommitment of Weight Watchers
So, today I sort of recommitted to Weight Watchers. I had lost around 15 pounds a few months ago, and luckily, haven’t gained it back. I’m going to try and keep advancing my weight
I did decent today, I guess. I did up until dinner, atleast. I ate too many points at lunch (~21) and felt pretty shitty after that. I just need to plan my meals better.
So, I had a total of around 45 points? I mean, 10 points over, I will count them to my flex points. I really need to step it up, I’m tired of being depressed about not being able to stay on a plan THIS easy.
