Well. I haven’t been posting. Have I been going overboard with food? No. Have I been tracking to the tee? No.
I had a recollection tonight, and decided that if I’m going to make this work I need to start putting effort back in.
I will be following plan tomorrow, but will officially be starting my new set of goals on Monday.
They are as follows:
- Eat more protein and whole foods
- Get my water in
- Do Gillian’s 30 day shred on weekdays (and no putting it off)
