I was really upset with myself last night but am feeling sooo much better today. I started off with breakfast which wasn’t bad. Instead of having my usual one point yogurt, I took a more protein inclined approach and had scrambled eggs with catsup for a total of 5 points.
I took my break at work at around 3 o’clock and had a grilled chicken sandwich (6 points with barbeque sauce) and a small chili (4 points). My total for lunch was 10 points.
I got off of work at seven, and brought home a salad with grilled chicken. I had originally had two chicken breasts cut up but only ate one. The salad totaled 12 points because of me being unaware that the bacon ‘bits’ I used in my salad totaled to 8 points! 8 POINTS! That makes my total for dinner 12 points.
This brings my total so far at 27/35. I still have some leeway for something later, maybe popcorn when I am watching Walk Hard.
I am truly feeling much better about myself today than yesterday. Lets hope I don’t screw it up with some late night binging!

**EDIT** I did end up eating more... the remaining 8 points that I did have.
So, food for the day, 35/35.
