Today is the start of my new list of goals and to ultimately get back on track.
Today is looking pretty okay:
B - Milk, protein powder, english muffin, and spray ICBINB - 5 points
L - Ramen noodle pack - 8 points
S - Can of pears - 3 points
D- 2oz of Chicken, Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, and Egg Noodles - 19 points
Oh, and by the way, happy first day of fall--one of my favorite seasons!
Goals:
Gillian Shred - DONE
Water - DONE
Sleep by midnight -
Read half hour -
