I didn’t count points today. It wasn’t too bad, I went over around 10 points.

Tomorrow is a new day :)

Goals for next week:
No peeking on the scale unless on weigh-in day
8 servings of water
exercise 3 days a week
ATLEAST 5 servings of fruit/veg a day.
