I feel like complete shit today. It is probably from my breakfast..
B - Two sausage and egg burritos from Wendys - 16 points (I know.. I even planned this. I felt like shit afterwards..)
L - Two slices of bread, onion, catsup, mustard, and lettuce (minus the boca burger, I liked it before and now I can't stand them..) along with 5 Ritz crackers /w whipped cream cheese - 7 points
S - Orange Sherbet Pushup - 2 points
S - 1 small Chips Ahoy - ~1 point
D - complete bust. I binged... ~ 1.5 cups of Scalloped potatoes, 1 cup of cooked carrots, glass of milk, glass of iced tea - I'm going to guess ~ 20
S - Chips and pretzels.. :( - 5 points
and the total for the day.. 51/35
That just makes me feel even more like shit. I'm going to work out tonight like I have been doing, I just don't get why I'm in such a bad mood. For the past few nights I've been getting NO less than 9 hours of sleep. I hope I feel better after a workout.
