Hey everyone. I am doing okay so far today but really missing some things. I had lots of fruit and veggies today but I totally miss the cheese on my greek salad. I also had veggie shreds faux cheese.. terrible. I don't think I'm meant to do this lol but I will keep at it and try.

What protein are you eating? Protein is the only thing I know that will stop the hunger.
If you eat eggs or cottage cheese have some.
Hang in there, maybe your body needs to adjust.
I've been trying vegan. I am simply not in the mood for beans.
I did just have an apple /w PB, though. I think it hit the spot.
Go for almond butter! I love it.
More protein kick, you could top it off with tofu!
