Today I am sticking in my points range but I’m going to be treating myself for doing good all week.
B - Fiber one bar, tbsp of leftover stuffing - 3 points
L - Footlong Ham on Hearty Italian - 12 points
D - Slice of Pizza, 4 breadsticks (:X guilty for the past two nights) - 12.5 points
S - Slice of Pizza - 4.5 points
S - Smothie (cup of frozen berries with cup of OJ) - 2 points
S - 3 slices of pizza, 2 breadsticks.. 17.5 points
too much/35
I’ll probably have another slice of pizza or something a little later, I’m going to clean out the spare room tonight.
Oh, and I’m never eating those damn fiber one bars anymore! My stomach has been rumbling like no tomorrow all freaking day.
I binged. Don't even know why. It was there, and I ate it. Wasn't even good. Ugh. No more.
