I can't stop thinking about milk. and yogurt. and cheese.
I had 3 mint truffle hershey kisses.
They are satan.
I fail :( Epic.
I did stay in my calorie range. I was recommended this program called Cron-o-meter. Oh man, so easy to use and fun to use!

Hey....you don't fail just because something doesn't work for you!
I know I couldn't do it! Just concentrate on healthy foods like before......you can still be healthy and not be vegan regardless of what the book says!

You are right DO NOT beat yourself up b/c you are right you can still be healthy.....eating meat once and a while isn't that bad....maybe if you are concerned be sure you go to the health food store and eat meat with no hormones.....stop the madness and go have some *cheese* lol!
