Today I did two things; recommitted to Weight Watchers and had my first day at college. College went pretty well, I didn’t get lost.

I am doing well so far, and am going to work 2-8 tonight.

I’m sure I ate more points somewhere so I should be okay.

I’ve been having issues with stress which include a mix of my new job and I’m starting college in literally 3 days.

I am trying to recommit Monday. I know, I shouldn’t wait, but it just makes it a hassle for me with flex points and what not.

So, I’m going to enjoy my few days, then back on plan.

Ok, so I lied. I didn’t do well. Ok, I didn’t do amazing, but I didn’t do horrible. I get 4 activity points for burning 200 calories playing DDR :)

That brings me to 41/35 points. I am subtracting 6 points from my Flex points.

It’s been too long since I’ve wrote in here. Some things that have happened recently:
- I went to Erie with a few friends for 5 days (didn’t bother counting points or anything)
- I’m preparing for college
- I wrote in my last post about my two weeks notice at Wendy’s. After a lot of consideration, I am working there on Saturdays.
- I can finally take control of what I’m eating at work :)

And the menu for today:

B - Oatmeal with half cup of skim milk - 2 points
L - 2 Ham and Swiss melt sandwiches on WW bread - 8 points
S - Fiber One bar with a glass of skim milk - 4 points
D - Taco Salad with Cheesy Enchilada HH and 3 taco shells -16 points



So that makes todays total points: 30/35
