I had blood work today. I fasted since 6 pm last night and I was hungry as hell when I woke up, lol.

B - 2 eggs scrambled with catsup and half tbs of butter, 100 calorie english muffin /w laughing cow cheese - 8 points
L - small bun, slice of white bread, quarter piece of cheese, two slices of bologna, 8 chips, laughing cow wedge, tbsp sandwich spread - 14 points
S - pumpkin spice muffin - 2 points
D - 3 crunchy fresco tacos - 9 points
S - another muffin probably - 2 points
S - Cookies (ugh) - 9 points

I feel like complete shit today. It is probably from my breakfast..

D - complete bust. I binged... ~ 1.5 cups of Scalloped potatoes, 1 cup of cooked carrots, glass of milk, glass of iced tea - I'm going to guess ~ 20

That just makes me feel even more like shit. I'm going to work out tonight like I have been doing, I just don't get why I'm in such a bad mood. For the past few nights I've been getting NO less than 9 hours of sleep. I hope I feel better after a workout.

Well. I haven’t been posting. Have I been going overboard with food? No. Have I been tracking to the tee? No.
I had a recollection tonight, and decided that if I’m going to make this work I need to start putting effort back in.

I will be following plan tomorrow, but will officially be starting my new set of goals on Monday.
They are as follows:
- Eat more protein and whole foods
- Get my water in
- Do Gillian’s 30 day shred on weekdays (and no putting it off)
