Today is going pretty well so far. I've been still eating according to plan. We had a guest speaker today at school that survived the Holocaust and it was really interesting but sad, of course. My points for the day include:

So, today was a really good day. I had to eat dinner at work today so I had a sour cream and chives potato and a spicy chicken sandwich, I was reluctant to save a bunch of points for it! : )
After, I tried one of our new milkshakes. They are nine points and so I was like, ok, I'll use some of my flex weekly points if I am over. It was DISGUSTING. Seriously, the first drink I'm like so this isn't good. And well, I did pay for it, so I tried it once more. I tossed that away! So therefore, I'm playing devil's advocate and counting the two sips I did take.

Dinner: grilled wrap w/o Honey mustard and a sour cream and chive baked potato. Iced coffee. (7+5+5=17)
So that's 31 and plus I added a little whipped topping to my iced coffee :X So, I'll count that as the rest of my points!
Let's hope I don't get a mad craving by the end of the night.
So, I lied since the last post. I had every intention to recommit on Saturday morning but I just let it all go.
So, with that being said, I'll be starting fresh tomorrow morning. Wish me luck J

So, it's been a while since I last posted. Good and bad news. I haven't really been following my diet, but I've made more healthy choices and have completely cut out soda from my diet. I read about how even diet is bad for you and a bunch of stuff. Refined sugars and sweeteners and yada yada yada.
So, my current weight is 223.7 (4 days ago). That's pretty much ten pounds from when I'm started, so I'm pretty happy. I'm going to recommit tomorrow and we'll see how that goes.
Lately it's been much easier to resist temptations at work simply since I am there all the time. The scent is just so nauseating and it's hard to even crave something while working. I think everyone should have the opportunity to work in a fast food restaurant for a few years, it could really change your outlook on fast foods.
So, summer is approaching, and that means graduation + prep. for college. *nervous*
I really would like to lose more weight before college, and hopefully keep it off and not gain the cliché 'freshmen fifteen.'
So, I'll make another post tomorrow morning (or noon, I'm a heavy sleeper) about my current weight, and I'll start posting my points. Great? Grand.
