Oh, forgot to mention. I did some trial of WeightWatchers.com and calculated the points I am allotted, and I should be eating two extra, a total of 37. Silly me.
I also have to get blood work tomorrow, so therefore I have to fast after 9. This is why my dinner was so huge. I should be fine. I know I am definitely lacking vegetables, as usual. I have two servings of fruit and I think that’s a good amount.
I’m going to Sam’s graduation party tomorrow, and will probably enjoy myself. I won’t plan on pigging out or anything, but I plan to use some if not all of my flex points :)
